Hi, we’re Warna Works, the owner and designer of Slide Master Pro (https://warnaslides.com & https://slidemasterpro.com) is pleased to offer our sites and products. However, please note that this policy outlines the usage guidelines for our products.

When we say ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘Warna Slides’, ‘Slide Master’, ‘Slide Master Pro’ or ‘Warna Works’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own and run the Slide Master Pro and other Warna Works products.

If we say ‘terms’ we’re talking about this purchase terms. If we say ‘license agreement’ we’re talking about the rules for using any of our products and services. Take the time to read this policy. By using any of our sites, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree to this policy we won’t take it personally, but please do not use Slide Master Pro.

Ownership

All products are property of Warna Works. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.

Support

Warna Works sells and distributes Slide Master PRO and other PRO assets “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and PowerPoint plugins.

Support for product sold and distributed by Warna Works is only available for those who have an active, paid license.

Support and updates are provided for the purchased plan period beginning on the original purchase date. After the membership period expires, the purchaser must renew their membership in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.

An exception to this rule is a lifetime membership license, which is a one-time fee based on the published price at the time of purchase. Lifetime membership licenses, once purchased, do not require any renewals and are valid for the duration of the purchaser’s use of Slide Master PRO. These licenses provide the purchaser with ongoing support and updates.

Support and updates for Slide Master PRO are provided as long as Slide Master PRO is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, Warna Works will no longer be responsible for providing support for Slide Master PRO:

Slide Master Pro is no longer actively developed as a viable product under Warna Works.
Slide Master Pro or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company.
Microsoft PowerPoint is no longer actively developed.
The templates and themes that we offer are no longer applicable as Microsoft PowerPoint has undergone significant changes.

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our products, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

Free Updates

Free updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription. Free updates are available for free and paid presentations, templates and all other PRO assets.

Subscriptions & Auto Renewal

Slide Master PRO is offered through automatic recurring subscriptions that renew at intervals of monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase. This applies to all licensing levels.

This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the membership period unless the purchaser cancels their subscription before the automatic renewal date.

Please note the following details of Slide Master Pro license subscriptions:

Subscription renewals will be processed automatically every 1 month, every 3 months, every 1 year, depending on the plan purchased. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for the selected time period (1 month, 3 months, 1 year) unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account on the Slide Master Pro website.
If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for Slide Master Pro when your license expires.
The renewal price will be the full product price as published at the time of initial purchase, exclusive of any discounts.
Grandfathered pricing (Price Lock): If you choose to cancel your subscription, and your renewal price is lower than the current listed price for your license (a “grandfathered” price), the lower renewal price will no longer be available to you.
If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your license. We cannot apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments.
If you choose to cancel your subscription your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates and support for Slide Master Pro.

The exception to this subscription agreement is the lifetime membership plan license which is a one-time charge of the published price at the time of purchase. Lifetime plan license do not need to be renewed and are considered “forever”.

License Usage

Slide Master PRO grants each customer a non-transferable license to use the product for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package (Free Membership, Premium Membership, PRO Membership).

Where the license package allows the product to be used on multiple computers, the customer/license-holder may not on-sell the originally-purchased license provided by Slide Master PRO, to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit.

Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the product or ID. Warna Works will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate ID, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent. License Agreement

By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.

Fair Use Policy

The Terms of Services and Slide Master License which apply to your use of Slide Master Pro (and Items you download using the Slide Master Pro service) require you to:

Only use an Item if you have a valid and active Slide Master Free, Premium or Pro subscription.
This policy is designed to keep things fair for the talented and creative designers who make their Items available on Slide Master Pro. It can be summed up like this:

You must only download Items when you have an intention to use them.

It is a breach of this policy and your User Terms to download Items that you do not intend to appropriately use, to use scripts or bots to mass download items, or to download Items in advance in order to use them after the subscription is over. Even worse, this behaviour also prevents authors from being paid fairly for their work.

What will happen if a customer engages in inappropriate downloading?

In addition to our rights under the terms of services, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Slide Master service for any subscriber whose download behaviour suggests inappropriate use.

If we detect behaviour which is suggestive of inappropriate downloading then we may take action to protect our designers and investigate potential breaches of this policy and/or our Terms of Services.

However, we have placed a limit of 50 downloads per month per paid user for security reasons. We believe this set limit is reasonable enough for at least 5 projects in 1 month at super low prices.

Zero Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, but we offer a free PRO presentations with limited premium content access. We believe that you will love our product. If you have any problems or can not use/open it, you can contact us to get free support.

By using any of our products, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree to this policy we won’t take it personally, but please do not use Slide Master Pro.

Reasons:

Since the products we offer are digital, we naturally need to protect our products from being stolen or used without permission.

We have worked hard to design our products.
We offer a bundled free version with features like color schemes and font options that other sellers don’t provide.
We also provide full customization for the free version with no restrictions.
The free version is provided to make sure you don’t have any issues with our product before you subscribe to the paid plan.
We have offered at a very reasonable price, suitable for both individuals and businesses.

We suggest you try out our free templates before committing to a paid membership to prevent any potential problems.

If you encounter any issues when using our product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Rest assured, we don’t eat people. 🙂

Price Changes

Warna Works, owner of Slide Master Pro reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a membership subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

Email

Warna Works may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to Slide Master PRO updates, promotions, Slide Master PRO Assets and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.

Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer and group members.
