PowerPoint Font Settings
This guide will show you how to easily change pictures in your PowerPoint presentation, allowing you to personalize it and make it your own.
Customize Fonts
When using Slide Master PRO, you can choose from 2 different types of icon formats for your presentation. It might seem a little confusing at first, but don’t worry – just choose the format that feels most comfortable to you.
The two formats available are:
PNG Format: This is an image format that’s easy to change and can be opened on any computer without any issues. However, it has limited customization options.
PPTX Format: This is a font icon format that can be easily embedded and customized. Although it has limited color options to flat colors and gradient colors.
Adjusting Line Spacing
To change an icon in PNG format with Slide Master PRO, follow these simple steps:
- Right-click on the icon placeholder that you want to change and select “Format Picture”.
- In the Format Picture dialog box, select “Picture” and then click “Insert Picture from” to choose the icon you want from your downloaded icon folder.
- After selecting the icon, click “Insert” to add it to the placeholder.
- You can adjust the size and position of the icon as needed.
- Click “Close” to apply the changes to your slide.
Adjusting Character Spacing
To use the PPTX icon format, follow these steps:
- Open the PPTX file and select the icon you want to use.
- Copy the icon just like you copy and paste text.
- Go to your presentation and paste the icon in your desired location.
That’s it! You can now use the PPTX icon in your presentation. Note that PPTX icons are easy to use and customize, but have limited color options besides gradient colors.
