2. One-Time Download & Install

To get our free premium features like the Color Scheme and Font options, you must download the XML files and put them in your PowerPoint. This only needs to be done once.

Using the Font XML options requires an extra step. You’ll need to download the fonts from an external source and install them on your computer or Mac. Getting the premium features and installing the font is needed to be done only once.

But, Pro users may need to undertake extra installations for added content.

Note: Using our free premium features is optional. You can still use our templates without any issues even if you don’t download or install extra content.

3. Install Microsoft PowerPoint

Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft PowerPoint installed on your computer or Mac, or have Microsoft 365. This will ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

4. Add Color Scheme & Font XML

To use one of Slide Master Pro’s best premium features for free, add the Color Scheme and Font XML files to your PowerPoint. XML files allow you to make one-click changes to your presentations. Please read the instructions carefully before adding these files to your PowerPoint.

5. Install Font Icon Files

Install the font files included in the zip file, both for free and paid users. These fonts are necessary for the proper display of text in your presentations.

6. Install Font Files (TTF/OTF)

Download and install the necessary fonts from Google Fonts so you can use the Font XML files.

Note: Do not confuse Font XML files with fonts that need to be installed on your computer.

7. Download Templates

Once everything is set up, you can download free presentations and templates to start your projects. These templates are designed to work seamlessly with the XML files and fonts you’ve installed.
